Problems but we’re headed to Mars. We been there before.

The Dutch built an Empire while fighting off the Spanish for decades. A different decision on the Dutch Navy (Regulars and warships instead of armed merchantmen) and we’d be speaking Dutch not English.

The Transcontinental railroad proceeded during the Civil War, as did the Homestead act, as did the Morril act (land grants for technical colleges) as did industrial improvements, as did Chicago.

The Moon landing happened during the Cold War, the Vietnam War and far worse turmoil domestically than now.

Excellent piece sir! I’m going to tell you after what the left has put us through since 2016 it’s hard for me to loathe any group more than that. In 2024 some of the pious on the right gave them a run for their money.

It goes back to what you said about Musk. There was absolutely ZERO doubt what was coming next had they kept power. Hell they almost had us locked down in 2022. We had just went thru the deplatforming of our people over mentioning election fraud and vaccines. My point is there was NO reason to NOT believe them when their top surrogates prepared the public for Censorship Inc to rev up again in 2025.

For anyone who claims they desire freedom to not take the assault on free speech is an unpardonable sin. I don’t congregate on Normie right wing sites like most Trump supporters. I saw them frequently spewing their venom about how both candidates are the same or how voting doesn’t matter.

I think in 2016 & 2020 we needed them. But in 2024 Trump had broad crossover appeal and we made up ground. As you covered by the time the election rolled around there wasn’t a whole hell of a lot that hadn’t been done to Trump. In the end, I think that’s what won the crowd. There were no riots this time even in places like Detroit. Having a rally there was unthinkable in previous years.

Had we lost this thing that would have been the group of people who I would’ve had the biggest axe to grind.

Trump isn't a savior, he's a scapegoat.
